- Worldwide Shipping: We offer secure, worldwide shipping through DHL and other specialized carriers for jewelry and valuable cargo. Delivery times vary based on your location and will be provided at checkout.
- Processing Time: All items are made to order and are typically shipped within 14 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Shipping Fees: We cover all shipping fees for your order, so there are no additional shipping costs at checkout.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its progress in real time.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, our returns policy is here to help:
- Return Period: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is in its original, unworn condition and includes all original packaging and certificates.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@wawdiamonds.com. Our team will provide instructions for returning the item securely.
- Certificate Requirement: If your item includes a diamond grading certificate, this must be returned with the product. Missing certificates will incur a $100 replacement fee.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days. We cover return shipping fees as well.
Important Notes:
- Custom and Personalized Items: Due to the unique nature of custom and personalized items, these cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.
- Final Sale Items: Certain promotions or sale items may be considered final sale and not eligible for return.
